BRANCH MANAGER ? MARATHON KEY FLORIDA

First State Bank, headquartered in the Florida Keys for over fifty years, is seeking a dynamic, energetic Business Development Officer to expand our market share in our newest market, the Middle Keys.

Ideal candidates will possess excellent sales skills, and be capable of ?closing the deal?. In that we are a ?Community Bank?, it is essential that the chosen candidate live in the Middle Keys and become an integral part of the community by volunteerism in local civic organizations, Chamber of Commerce, and community events.

Our bank thrives on our team spirit and candidates should be capable of building a comprehensive team by training, coaching, and positive communication with branch staff. Previous bank experience is a plus.
