We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our banking back office. We are an industry leader, and the job offers varied duties and growth potential. The hired individual will be responsible for overall account administration, primarily dealing with deposits. He/she will have some client contact, and will need to research and resolve any inquiries or disputes that arise.

 

Key responsibilities include:
Logging incoming mail
Uploading files for funds posting
Disbursing funds to employee groups electronically
Processing and troubleshooting automated transactions
Handling escalated customer service calls



MS Word and Excel experience is required for this position, as is strong typing ability. Experience working in an office setting is necessary, and a background specifically in the healthcare, banking and/or finance industries is preferred.
