Banking Sales Representative 40-45k Base, 1st Yr Potential 50 - 60k

Top 5 National Bank and full service brokerage firm is looking for Financial Sales Reps in Dallas, Fort Worth, Irving, Denton, Arlington, Mansfield and surrounding areas.  We are 126 yr old bank, have over $500 billion in assets, employ over 90,000 employees, 5,000 ATM's and have over 3,100 financial centers.

 The #1 Objective is to sell banking services to new walk-in customers, existing customers and to strategic small businesses within your territory.   

 

Your duties to maximize bank performance and growth will include:

 

1.  10%-15% Qualify and sell walk-in business referred to you at local branch office during office hours. 75% to 80% Strengthening Client relationships with existing customers and calling on qualified leads.  Scheduling appointments during bank hours.

3.  5%-10% Form partnerships with strategic businesses to offer employees or members banking benefits.

Salary between $40K ? 45k base + comm. 1st yr: 10k ? 15k on top, 2nd yr: almost doubling your salary, excellent benefits including education, 401K, pension plan, growth opportunities throughout organization, excellent formal training program. 

 

You must have:

2 plus years direct Sales Experience in industries such as Banking, Office Products, Payroll services, Telecommunications, Insurance, Mortgage, Retail, etc. 

BS/BA preferred

Insurance and Series 6/63 licenses required or must be willing to obtain

Lending experience preferred

Proven track record/experience in sales and customer service

Effective communication and interpersonal skills necessary
