The Eastridge group in partnership with a large, well known financial company is looking for a full-time Banking Service Specialist. The ideal candidate for this position will dedicate their time to individual Advisors in setting up and maintaining bank depository relationships. In addition, the candidate must possess and demonstrate an attention to detail, excellent communication skills with professional attitude and demeanor, the ability to multi-task and work under critical time lines. This is a 1 month (approximately) temporary position.

Duties:
-Oversee implementation and maintenance of firm?s Local Deposit Program (LDP)
-Open/close bank accounts
-Research and resolve bank account reconciliation issues
-Research and resolve client reconciliation issues including Fed wires and ACH
-Research and resolve issues related to fraudulent bank transactions
-Maintain authorized check signers
-Review and record bank analysis statements
-Request cashiers checks
-Report to management monthly summary of activities related to position
-Cross train and assist within Treasury department, as needed
-Undertake projects as assigned

-Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
