ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the guidance of the District Manager, assist in identifying and prioritizing savings training technical needs for the district. Implement and evaluate savings training programs to upgrade technical and customer service skill levels of branch personnel resulting in improved branch productivity. Extensive interface with area branch field personnel and managers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Have a complete understanding of all branch functions, types of accounts, and company philosophies and policies. High school graduate with some college or equivalent experience. Retail or other service industry experience helpful, with prior management and/or supervisory experience desirable. Ability to interface effectively with branch personnel and managers. Demonstrate aptitude for working independently with a minimum of direction supervision.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Prior Branch Manager, supervisory or training experience is considered a plus. Superb, organizational, excellent writing and strong communications skills is a must. Also must have great attention to detail and a high sense of confidentiality. Professional presentation skills and the ability to speak in front of a group are a must, as well as proficient PC skills.
