Bilingual Call Center

Position Description: Provide superior telephone service to client inquiries relating to credit card, checking accounts, ATM and various other transactions. Resolve problems related to processed transactions. Effectively communicate and cross-sell the Banks products and services in accordance with policy/procedures in the Los Angeles based Call Center in order to meet Banks objectives related to excellence in service.





Position Requirements:

Excellent communication skills. Excellent Customer Service skills. Computer literacy. Call Center or prior banking experience, preferred.
Bilingual - English and Spanish required
