Bilingual Mortgage Collections Clerk

Pro Staff is currently recruiting for 9 Direct hire opportunities in the Irving/ Las Colinas
area.

We are looking for candidates that posses,

3. Ability to maintain control of conversation.
4. Detail oriented.
5. Excellent Customer Service skills.

Demonstrates sound judgment in determining the reasons for the delinquency-creating
solutions to problems thru the telephone, provides sound financial counseling and
advise on corrective actions, based on analysis of each mortgagor's financial
condition.
Maintenance of prescribed delinquency ratios by ensuring timely and efficient follow-up
with delinquent mortgagors.

We are looking for a variety of candidates with varied backgrounds, if you have these
skills and 1.5 years of collections we have an opportunity for you.

Additionally, there are opportunities for senior level collectors and pay will be raised
according to experience.
