Bilingual Spanish Teller Supervisor

Job Duties:

 

Responsible for the organization, control and evaluation of the teller operation. Assures that the teller staff provides pleasant and efficient customer service while ensuring that security procedures are adhered to and losses are kept to a minimum. Provides customers with a variety of bank services and promotes bank products and services. Responsible for establishing goals and reviewing performance of tellers managed.

 

Qualification Requirements:

 

High school diploma, some college preferred. Customer service, cash handling and training experience. Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English).
