You as a Branch Customer Service Leader will -

* Coordinate branch operations related to customer service functions.
* Supervises CSR staff and trains/coaches to achieve desired results in referrals, superior customer service and product knowledge.
* Perform or oversee daily vault settlement, ATM balancing, and night deposit controls.
* Ensure that all customer service functions are performed in compliance with standard policies and procedures, and security and audit guidelines.
* Work to retain customers by handling banking transactions quickly and accurately while providing superior customer service.

Qualifications:
You and your skills -

* High School Diploma or equivalent, plus specialized training in one or more areas, such as general business or word processing
* Internally provided training on branch systems, policies/procedures, product knowledge, and customer service
* At least 3 years branch/CSR experience, and/or related retail experience with excellent customer service skills
* Demonstrated branch operations experience with systems, cash control and problem resolution
