Branch Manager

Pawtucket Credit Union has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager.  The ideal candidate will have at least three years of successful branch management experience in a banking or credit union environment, and service/sales experience with the public.

 

As a member of the branch administration team, you will be required to oversee the management of branch operations, branch personnel, and physical resources.  You will be required to act within established guidelines, follow policy and procedure, and be well versed in compliance regulations.  Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all savings and loan products are promoted, properly represented, and processed accurately.

 

You will be required to foster a positive work environment that leads to high employee morale and a staff that consistently meets assigned sales goals.

 

ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND BACKGROUND

 High school diploma, some college or industry related classes or training, Associates degree preferred;Strong managerial, communication and inter-personal skills; outstanding customer service and leadership skills;Good oral and written communication skills;Ability to deal with credit union staff in a helpful and patient manner.
