Branch Manager 3

Responsible for generating, maintaining, and servicing profitable business and retail relationships of a branch office.  Plans, organizes, directs, and controls the activities of a branch, including the management of exempt and non-exempt employees.  Ensures achievement of goals and service standards.  Coordinates sales strategies with Market or Region Manager; leads branch sales meetings and possesses an in-depth knowledge of retail and business products and services.  Outstanding loans and deposits $15MM to $40MM; less than $25MM in a high opportunity growth market and/or Series 6 and 63 licensed and/or state insurance licensed.  Manages 7 to 10 employees and/or transaction volume typically between 10,000 and 12,000 per month.

 Minimum Job Requirements:

Should have a minimum of 2 years in supervisory/managerial role, preferably in retail or banking.  College degree or equivalent work experience.

 Preferred Job Requirements:

Prefer candidate that fosters development of sales/team attitude.  This person must have strong business/banking knowledge of the community.  Proficient in outside sales focused on financial products.
