Qualifications:
You as a Bank Branch Manager - Deerfield
* Grow market share for the branch franchise by producing consistent growth in deposit and loan outstandings, and in retail investment assets.
* Achieve goals and standards set for service quality, customer retention, operational integrity and bottom-line performance of the branch franchise so that sales/revenue goals are exceeded and customers receive a consistently high level of quality service.
* Frequently participate in business development activities with small business customers and prospects in the market area served by the branch.

You and your skills -

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
* Insurance license (state issued) and Series 6 (NASD) preferred
* Three years or more of management experience in branch banking or retail sales
* Strong background in small business development and lending
* Sales and customer service orientation along with proven leadership skills and ability to coach sales and service behaviors of others
* Demonstrated success in developing and implementing tactical plans to achieve objectives

Salary/Benefits: > $50,000
