Our Aegis Lending subsidiary has an immediate opening for a Branch Manager in Hartford, CT- Requisition #9083.

 

As a Branch Manager, you?ll build on your three to four years of management experience in the sub-prime retail mortgage industry to develop, implement and monitor annual business plans t$hat support Aegis? organization and production goals.  You?ll manage company provided leads in order to reach and exceed branch production goals. 



 

You?ll support our strategic focus of ?Delivering 100% Exceptional Customer Experiences? through achieving high service standards while promptly and successfully resolving customer issues.  You?ll enjoy the opportunity to build and coach a sales and sales support team that includes new Loan Originators. And you?ll ensure the accuracy, high quality and compliance of loan packages through rigorous quality control.
