> Job Summary:

> Manages a Level I or II office

> Directs, controls, and administers the operations of an office

> Ensures customer service standards are maintained

> Achieves office goals and growth objectives

> Manages, motivates, coaches, and supports branch employees

> Informs the District Manager about office results

> Develops and promotes good community relations

Requirements:

Education(ED), Experience(EX), and Knowledge/Abilities (K/A), required for competent performance in the job:

ED Investment/Insurance Licensing Requirements are branch specific. Contact your Recruitment Specialist for additional information.
EX External: With college degree: 1 year Assistant Branch Management experience or equivalent required.
Without college degree: 4 years sales or banking experience to include at least 2 years supervisory responsibility with demonstrated achievement of pro
K/A Thorough knowledge of the banking industry (Traditional).
K/A Ability to market and cross-sell bank products and services.
K/A Excellent management skills and problem solving and decision making ability.
K/A Ability to deal effectively with customers.
K/A Successful achievement of profitability and sales goal objectives.
K/A Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
K/A Working knowledge of personal computer and office software.
