The Branch Manager leads and directs all sales, service and business development activities at the branch in order to achieve desired results. In this role you will continuously works to motivate and coach the branch team to ensure the successful development and performance of all employees in the areas of customer experience, sales goals and leadership. The Branch Manager is accountable for the acquisition, retention and growth of the branch and its team as well as growth within Business Banking, Workplace on-sites and Investment opportunities. This position is also responsible for demonstrating PNC's commitment to our communities by becoming actively involved in local organizations.


In addition to ensuring that the branch is constantly and consistently a top performer against market competitors, you must continuously drive results and foster relationships with our clients and community.


 

REQUIREMENTS

 

Minimum of 2 years leadership/management experience, preferably in the financial services industry. Knowledge of local centers of influence and established relations in the community preferred. College degree preferred, but not required.
