ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER POSITIONS:
- Bailey's Crossroads Giant branch (Falls Church, VA)
*Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred
- Burke Town Center Giant branch (Burke, VA)
- Dulles Airport (Dulles, VA)

40 work hours rotating schedule including alternate weekends and evenings.

Individuals need successful sales and management experience, commitment to extraordinary customer service, drive to build strong relationship, and the ability to work as a proactive self-starter and team player. Individuals will be high achievers with superior interpersonal & motivational abilities. Outstanding customer service, team orientation and leadership skills are required, along with strong interpersonal skills.

The Retail Bank Manager positions are responsible for the sales and service excellence in the retail banking industry and for the development and implementation of marketing plans to increase business as well as retain existing clients. As a Manager, you will have 100% accountability for the daily branch operational functions ensuring that all staff adhere to established policies and procedures. You will coach branch staff on competitive products within the industry and will ensure that your branch is adequately staffed in order to guarantee our customers fast, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable service. Previous management, staff development such as hiring, training, and coaching, and demonstrated sales goals required. Overall branch banking performance and operations preferred. College degree preferred.
