Branch Manager

 

Our Branch Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch office. This candidate will provide high quality service in the areas of account transactions, sales, loan applications, and all related products and services along with managing the operational functions within the branch including loss control, employee evaluations, scheduling, compliance, audit standards, and member retention; Supervising, coaching and developing a team of Tellers, Member service Representatives, and Sr. Teller regarding policies, procedures, systems, and financial transactions; providing leadership to the branch office as needed; Providing direction and work guidance to branch office Member Service Representatives and other branch office staff; providing assistance in the resolution of workflow and related member services problems; Providing training, cross training, and coaching to branch office Member Service Representatives.

 

The successful candidate should possess an associate?s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or three or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; or equivalent work related experience.  Must possess supervisory skills and experience in working in a customer service position, preferably in a financial institution simple to complex financial transactions.  Related successful sales experience is required.  Must possess demonstrated leadership skills in work projects or with work teams. 

 

Assistant Branch Manager

Our Assistant Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the operational functions within the branch including loss control, employee evaluations, scheduling, compliance, audit standards, and member retention; Supervising, coaching and developing a team of Tellers, Member service Representatives, and Sr. Teller regarding policies, procedures, systems, and financial transactions; providing leadership to the branch office as needed; Providing direction and work guidance to branch office Member Service Representatives and other branch office staff; providing assistance in the resolution of workflow and related member services problems; Providing training, cross training, and coaching to branch office Member Service Representatives.  The Assistant Branch Manager may assist in resolving employee work issues including disciplinary actions and will act as Branch Manager in their absence.

 

The successful candidate should possess an associate?s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or three or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; or equivalent work related experience.  Must possess demonstrated ability and experience in working in a customer service position, preferably in a financial institution simple to complex financial transactions.  Related successful sales experience is required.  Must possess demonstrated leadership skills in work projects or with work teams.  Prior supervisory experience would be helpful, but not required.
