Business Analyst

The Business Analyst is responsible for:

Facilitating business requirements documentation with business leaders as well as technical documents with system architects and development team.

Working with development timelines and milestones as well as coordinates deliverables with development team.

Managing and coordinating the integrated project plans, including implementation schedules and resource estimates for company projects.

Serving as project manager by functioning as an interface between the various support and business units within Clayton Lender Solutions for the purpose of driving new projects, processes and system change requests.

Understanding of the fundamentals of relational database skills.
Trouble shooting/analytical skills.
Strong verbal/written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple efforts concurrently
Ability to operate effectively in a fast paced environment.
Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions.
Ability to prioritize issues and resolve in a timely and productive fashion.
Ability to quickly assimilate primary and secondary mortgage market industry knowledge.

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience in field.
Degree in a Technology discipline preferred.
3+ years business process analysis.
3+ years of project management.
3+ years experience in requirements gathering, analysis and design.
Primary and secondary mortgage markets experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL scripting for ad-hoc reporting.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, Project, Visio and Word.
