Business Analyst - Mortgage

The Business Analyst 2 formulates and defines simple systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with a basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements.  Includes analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements and revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary under direct supervision of experienced Business Systems Analysts.  Ensures that business processes and information technology are aligned in order to make certain that there is system integrity prior to release

 

Qualified Candidates MUST have the following experience:

 
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst
Mortgage industry knowledge and/or Loan Servicing Systems
Knowledge of Fidelity MSP and/or other Fidelity Mortgage Servicing applications (MLCS, GHR, MSP-QRM, MEDB, Pyramid/Filenet) 
Understanding of business systems and processes
Demonstrated aptitude in technical problem solving and risk identification
Demonstrated analytical and abstract skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills (technical & non-technical & articulate business requirements)
Demonstrated organizational, planning, coordination and execution skills (small & moderate scale)
Coordination of new system enhancements
Ablility to capture business cases and business requirements
Research experience to assist Developers
Familiarity with mainframe and/or client server applications
Experience in MSOffice Suite, Test Director and Visio
