Angott Search Group announces a tremendous career growth opportunity with a well-established financial services company. We are currently seeking a Business Banker with 3-5 years business banking and lending experience with strong sales skills.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for the overall success and growth for assigned sales territory as measured by new business loan acquisitions as well as growing existing relationships with successful small businesses; providing businesses with working capital, equipment, real estate financing, etc. Focus on relationship based selling. Will develop small business deals from branch leads and external referral sources. Build & develop new business in the greater Kalamazoo market for this new entry into the market. There is a very strong concentration on sales in this organization so the candidates who apply must be sales oriented and have market knowledge. Location: Kalamazoo, Michigan.

 

Requirements: Must have 3-5 years commercial loan experience; credit trained and is aggressive with working with retail offices to build more business. Candidates must have strong business development skills and ability to build strong relationships. The ideal individual filling this role must have previous business-to-business or financial services sales experience, a proven track record in exceeding sales goals, and a demonstrable understanding of small business operations and financing needs. Must have excellent presentation and communication skills. In addition, a successful Business Banker is achievement oriented, self-motivated independent worker with purposeful entrepreneurial drive.
