Executive Job Summary

 

The Business Development Officer will be responsible for developing and building relationships with Bank Commercial Lending Professionals within specific geographic territories.  The successful professional will develop partnerships through communication, education, and teaming opportunities leading to the development of a high quality and increasing stream of profitable transaction opportunities for Southeastern Commercial Finance.  The Company currently has existing relationships within the market, as well as an extensive existing network of contacts.

 

Specific Job Responsibilities

 Product Knowledge.  Develops and Maintains in depth and increasing knowledge of Southeastern Services and Loan Criteria.Referral Contact.  Develops, Cultivates, and Maintains personal relationships with client referral sources.  This is accomplished through personal meetings, group presentations, and group professional and social activities.Prospect Follow Through.  Manages loan approval process and serves as liaison for prospective loan customer with Company and Referral Source.Marketing.  Coordinates and distributes new and existing marketing material in accordance with Company marketing strategy.  Database Management.  Ensures that all client and contact data is maintained in a timely and up to date manner.Administrative Tasks and Reporting.  Performs all required administrative tasks and reporting related to the position.
