Responsibilities Include:  Ensuring that all projects related to Account Reconcilement and Controlled Disbursement meet the Bank?s Enterprise Project Management standards.  Preparing project-related documentation, following current project management methodology.  Analyzing, preparing and validating multi-functional test scripts used to conduct all phases of testing, i.e. systems interface testing/validation and UAT Documenting operational procedures and conducting end-user training.  Researching and resolving problems for clients and internal departments.

 

Requirements Include:  Operational and technical experience preferred; familiarity with Account Reconcilement, Item Processing or other payment system is ideal.  User-oriented understanding of system flows, application interfaces, and the project management process is important.  Experience in independent analysis, research and problem solving is preferred.  Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision on multiple, competing and concurrent tasks.  Must be well organized and a team player.

 

Preferred Skills Include:  Ability to work with various internal departments with mutually positive results.  Basic understanding of operations management, production metrics, client servicing.
