Business Systems Consultant 4

Job Description: The Business Systems Consultant 4 is responsible for ensuring that all requirements use an appropriate approach, are consistent in the approach and document requirements in a complete and accurate manner. The position is also responsible for ensuring that once the requirements are completed the requirements documentation is ready to be reviewed by someone in compliance.

The Requirements and Project Mgr group provide training, resolve questions, assess needs and recommend changes. They gather needs from the business units and translate into technical requirements and deliveriables This position works to assist in defining processes and recommending improvements to re-engineer process for greater efficiences. They provide direction and guidance to less experienced staff.

Liaisons between the project, business and technical organizations by planning and consulting on the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. They provide assistance to identify, evaluate and develop effective procedures to ensure support of business requirements activity.


Minimum Qualifications: 4 year degree plus 5-7 years of experience. Detailed understanding of project lifecycle. Will need project/requirement analyst experience. Ability to prioritize, multi-task,excellent facilitation skills, time management and excellent documentation and communication skills.


Preferred Skills: Project Management training thru PMI/Microsoft Project.
