C# Developer, Algorithmic Trading, Equities - NY/NJ - $150k
A major investment bank has an outstanding opportunity for a bright Computer Science (or related degree) graduate with strong experience in C#.Net development to join a successful Equities Business working on their Algorithmic Trading system. The primary focus of the role is developing strategic solutions for the business including; C# server based development, C# GUI development, Oracle development & working closely with business clients for requirements & analysis, configuration, XML development, problem analysis & resolution. You will need a strong development background with 2 years .Net C# & multithreaded experience, a strong grasp of computer science fundamentals (algorithms, structures, completion processes). Knowledge of structured products/equities will be a plus as would good OO & SQL skills + excellent analytical skills & communication skills as you will work closely with the front office trading desk. Excellent opportunity to work on a leading edge algorithmic trading system.
