C++ Quant Developer - Equity Derivatives - NY

This is a position for a talented C++ developer to work within the front office Equity Derivative team of a top tier Investment bank, located in mid town Manhattan. This is a small team of 5 developers who work directly with the Quantitative analysts and traders, responsible for helping the quants to deliver pricing models as well as working on the analysis and design of the trading platform. Currently the group is undertaking an 18month project to increase the volume of data the system is processing by at least 50%. The team is currently looking to increase by 2 people at present and due to pressing demands are only considering candidates with previous experience of developing high performance derivative trading systems. Excellent C++ skills are essential preferably on a windows platform. Due to the quantitative nature of the role candidates must have a strong maths background preferably to PhD level.
