C&I Lender

Commercial business bank in West Los Angeles is seeking a Commercial Lender with 7 or more years of C&I Lending experience. This individual will assume a leadership/mentor role to help develop others within the ranks. The work will involve analyzing credit risk for existing and potential loans, presenting recommendations to senior management and credit committees, modifying/restructuring existing loans, cultivating new banking relationships, assisting CRE Lenders with C&I needs, and cross-selling bank services.

Experienced C&I Lenders must have a minimum of 7 years experience as a commercial lender as well as formal credit training, and proven credit product and structuring knowledge. As the position calls for regular interaction with clients, prospects, financial advisors, attorneys, accountants, developers, contractors, and investment groups, superior communication skills are essential.

Applicants must included their resume in a Microsoft Word document. Base salary will consistent with experience and past performance. Bank provides full benefits and an aggressive bonus program.
