CDO Manager- Credit Administrator

My client is currently searching for a CDO Manager, which is a direct result of the continued growth of the firm. Candidates will join a group currently responsible for managing the accounting, operational and tax matters for a portfolio of diverse assets. Responsibilities will include: Oversee all of the day to day operations of CDO's Oversee the monitoring of coverage and collateral quality tests in each portfolio according to the CDO Indentures to preserve the quality of the portfolio. Oversee and review CDO Trustee reports specified in trust indentures which determines compliance with portfolio targets. Work with rating agencies and Wall Street broker/dealers to analyze collateral and verify reported characteristics. Work with Principal Finance Group and Bank Debt Group to determine asset eligibility and optimization of portfolio Assist in Bank Debt closing activities with internal and external parties Create daily and monthly administrative procedures for each transaction, including the monthly report and payment date calculations. Oversee hypothetical testing of all portfolio trades prior to trade execution. All candidates will gain an understanding of the portfolio accounting, tax and management reporting system.

Qualifications :
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external parties. Candidates must have the ability to work in a challenging team oriented environment and ask questions to assist in the learning process.
