Job Description: Calling ALL CSR's with incredible skills, opportunity to grow and the ability to excel. Incredible health services company is looking for candidates who can offer stellar service to doctor providers as well as client providers. Many positions and departments at this dynamic company located in the heart of San Diego. The primary function of this particular position is to provide customer service to providers (doctors) regarding member eligibility and benefits information and to fulfill requests for information from members inquiring about the companies many programs. Education requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent. Looking for at least one-year experience performing customer service duties; telephone experience preferred.
