RESPONSIBILITIES:
? This position performs teller and merchant duties while providing outstanding customer service.
? Assists Branch Manager/Officer with various non-customer related duties.
? Assists Branch Manager/Officer in various operational duties.
? Balances cash daily.
? Cross-sells Comerica products and services.
? Assists Branch in achieving sales goals and makes referrals to other departments.
? Ensures exceptional customer service within the Branch, both in person and on the phone.
? Please note that the hiring manager has the option of filling this position at a lower level, depending on the qualifications of the candidate selected.



QUALIFICATIONS:
? Requires a minimum of six months cash handling and/or balancing experience.
? Requires a minimum of six months customer service experience
? Sales experience preferred (experience with telephone sales and outbound marketing preferred)
? Ability and desire to quickly learn Comerica products and procedures
? Previous banking experience a plus
? Strong customer service orientation
? Good math, written/verbal/phone skills
? Detail oriented
? Flexibility in work schedule
