TWO SHIFTS AVAILABLE:  40 hour work week, 4 days per week.  The ability to shift your schedule is a critical aspect of this department.
Sunday 8am-5pm (30 minute unpaid lunch) AND Monday-Wednesday 8am-7:30pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)
Wednesday-Friday 8am-7:30pm (1 hour unpaid lunch) AND Saturday 8am-5pm (30 minute unpaid lunch)

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive and answer high volume customer call inquiries and requests regarding accounts, products, rates and services provided by Capital One
Use the internet to assist customers through screen prompts to in solving online problems/questions
Other duties include balancing agent-assisted transfers, verify stop payments, delayed payment orders, written entries, loan payoffs, etc. 

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Strong customer service
Good attention to detail
Independent, confident and self motivated
Thorough knowledge of English grammar, sentence structure, punctuation, spelling and paragraph composition
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work under pressure with large volume
Ability to effectively manage time and multi task
Detail oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively manage time
Previous call center experience preferred
Bilingual a plus
