The position of CM Lockbox Supervisor is primarily responsible for supervising the activities involving the support of our Cash Management for a designated product/function. The primary focus will be for overall control of operational functions. Specific responsibilities will include customer satisfaction, service level commitments, sales and implementation support and employee development and retention. Provides administrative and operational support in accordance with established systems and procedures. Coordinates the daily workflow to ensure the operating schedules are met. Serves as a mentor for more junior representatives in the department.

 

Job Requirements IncludeBachelor's degree preferred. 4+ years' experience managing workflow and cash management product knowledge is preferred. Proven leadership and staff development experience. PC proficiency. Ability to interact with internal and external customers in a professional manner to provide exceptional customer service. Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to meet and exceed customer expectations. Demonstrated problem-solving skills. Application of sound judgment in making decisions.
