Order Accusearch Reports. Assist in credit analysis, financial statements & credit file assessment as required. Work with other departments, vendors, or customers to resolve deficiencies in document requirements. Review Real Estate documents for accuracy, ownership, judgements, liens, & taxes insuring documents are in First Midwest's interest. Prepare & distribute department reports & invoicing. Maintain vendor relationships. Participate in all required training sessions for compliance. Maintain adequate controls to ensure compliance with consumer protection statutes/regulations in a defined area of responsibility. Implement bank-directed policy and changes relating to regulatory amendments.
Required Skills:
High School degree or equivalent. Understanding of Trust, Title Commitments, Appraisals and HUD 1 required. Must be able to work in a fast pace environment & multitask. High level of computer skills including Excel & Word. Must be able to type 8000+ keystrokes with accuracy. Must be organized & detail oriented. 2-3 years loan processing experience required. Knowledge in Small Business Lending preferred. Required education: Consumer Compliance, Fair Lending, Real Estate & Consumer Lending.
