Challenging Senior Management Opportunity

NRL Federal Credit Union, a $350 million institution, located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area is seeking a highly seasoned executive to manage our expanding branch infrastructure and member service operations.  The VP of Branch Services reports directly to the COO and successfully manages the lending, teller, and call center functions, ensuring that each unit?s responsibilities are properly executed and goals attained while promoting and fostering a team based service program.  As a member of the senior management team, this person will work closely with the other management team members in support of the credit union?s strategic plan and will implement the membership goals that support our Trusted Partners for Life mission. 

 

This successful leader will have extensive knowledge of lending, deposit, transaction, and credit card products as well as ACH and payroll.  Vast knowledge base and experience in managing multiple retail branch operations is a must.

 

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor?s degree, with major in finance or business management, or at least 4-5 years lending experience in a senior position.  Minimum of 2-3 years experience in managing retail branch operations and lending functions is required.  Experience in managing a Call Center is a plus.
