Cheif Lending Officer

A community bank in Denver is looking for a Chief Lending Officer.

This role is continually responsible for lending and credit policy implementation, improvement and maintenance. Other duties:chairman of loan committee and management of other lenders and credit analysts.

The right candidate for this position will have at least 10-15  years+ experience in a commercial lending capacity, 10+ years experience in a management role, and an appropriate management approach consistent with the bank corporate culture. This person must be able to establish and encourage a team environment,have strong business development skills, be able to represent the bank well within the community and within civic organizations.

 

A Masters degree in finance or economics or business is a plus. Candidates must have a sizeable portfolio to demonstrate production abilities (portfolio does not have to be transferable to new position). This person will also be the chairman of the Loan Review Committee, Personnel,Compliance, Audit, CRA and Technology committees
