Chief Financial Officer

 

We are currently searching for an executive level Chief Financial Officer to manage the Bank?s financial reporting, accounting, investments, assets and liabilities. This candidate must have current banking experience, SOX reporting experience, and CPA Certification.

In this position the ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of executive banking experience in the areas of general accounting, securities accounting, operations, data processing and financial reporting in mid-sized to large financial institution. Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field; MBA and CPA certifications required. Must possess knowledge of SEC reporting, OCC, FRB, and State Banking regulations and laws. Must have a working knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley and the ?processes? documentation required to comply.
