The Citigold Service Officer supports Citibank North America team designated to achieve wealth management for high net worth clients by:

 

* Providing complete retail banking, credit and investment support; processing and executing transactions on behalf of clients across all products

* Handling routine and complex investigations and solving problems independently

* Ensuring transactions comply with federal regulations and bank policies

* Proactively handling client requests and cross-selling products and services.

 



* Three years experience in banking or brokerage environment required

* Series 7 and 63 required

* Excellent customer service and problem resolution skills - must have ability to work closely with clients

* Must be detailed oriented with the ability to manage multiple complex workflows and transactions

* Excellent organizational skills, superior communication, interpersonal and teams skills

* Knowledgeable of bank products

* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

* Bachelor’s degree preferred

* Bilingual preferred
