We seek a Client Care Support Analyst for our Client Care Group at our North American headquarters in Glastonbury, CT. Our Support Analysts provide detailed analysis of issues they receive from our Clients.

As an Open Solutions Client Care Analyst, you willrecreate the condition on the test databaseuse remote access or VPN to dial into the bankwrite scripts using SQL to analyze bank datawrite scripts to update and correct data when appropriate and under direction of a Senior Support Analyst or Team leadsubmit system bugs and enhancements to development on behalf of customersinteract with the Development Group relative to systems bugs and enhancementstest changes made to software for fixes, enhancements and releasesassist the Documentation Group with information, to help them write procedures that clients can useadhere to Service Level Agreement guidelines.

To qualify for this position, you must have:at least a high school diploma or GED at least four years of customer applications support experience at least three years of experience in a Financial Institution environment in the lending area the ability to research issues related to loans and loan processingexcellent interpersonal and communications skills, as well as the ability to keep sensitive information confidentialstrong research and problem-solving skillsfamiliarity with Microsoft Office products and SQL.
