Client Manager

JOB FUNCTIONS

Primary responsibilities are to generate new business and grow existing business across Compass' markets, customer base and product sets. Incumbents serve as the lead person in relationships with the bank's most important clients. This is the most senior level individual contributor position in the Client Manager job hierarchy.

 

JOB DESCRIPTIONAssess Client/Prospect needsDesign appropriate solutions/alternativesLead the relationship team in executing chosen solutionDevelop annual business plan that includes customers, prospects and suspectsCross-sell entire product array as appropriateSponsor credit requests to include concurrence with the terms on the request and ensure that the action is in alignment with the relationship strategyConduct client planning sessions for top clients, as determined by the business plan and approved by the LOB managerMaintain an agreed upon number of active prospects (qualified, quarterly contact, CBSS management contact)

 

REQUIREMENTSUndergraduate degree, graduate degree preferred 8-10 years of account relationship management experience
