Client Services Officer

Client Services Officer Spherion, in conjunction with one of the world?s leading financial services providers, seeks a Client Services Officer. The duties for this person encompass a broad range of responsibilities involving a high degree of discretionary actions- Attending closings and interacting with attorneys, underwriters, etc., Reviewing indentures and legal documents, Account set-up and recordkeeping for every type of trusteeship, Cash and investment duties, Calling on clients and situations for relationship management purposes including visits to client offices for the purpose of cross selling Bank products and services, Responsible for all aspects of account administration.  All compliance responsibilities would be part of the responsibilities to include review of compliance items and judgements as to degree of compliance which may then be escalated.

 


Requirements:

? Bachelors Degree

? Corporate trust experience

? Experience in reviewing deal documentation and the closing process
