Client Services Representative/Teller Levels I - III - Beverly Hills F/T

Under regular supervision, provides client service to the bank clientele which includes processing various types of paying and receiving transactions. These transactions may potentially include selling and redeeming bonds, processing exchange and foreign currency, accepting loan payments, sending outgoing wires, processing collection items, vault-related functions such as handling branch cash reserve, assisting in balancing branch cash, and preparing and verifying incoming and outgoing cash shipments. With experience, may handle merchant transactions such as accepting and verifying large merchant deposits of cash and coin and preparing cash shipments to fill client requests across counter. May assist with back office duties. Maintains good working knowledge of bank policies.

  All levels of Client Services Representative will be considered.




Prior client service experience in a financial services or similar environment preferred.

1 year prior cash handling experience required.

General knowledge of bank products and services preferred.

Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required.

Ability to interact effectively with clients, all levels of bank colleagues, and vendors required.

Ability to cross-sell banking services to existing and potential clients required.

Must be able to work in a team environment and to adapt to sudden schedule changes.
