Client Support Deposit Analyst (127772-618)

We seek a Client Support Deposit Analyst to join the Client Care Department at our Banking Solutions Group in Cherry Hill, NJ. This individual will provide a detailed analysis of concerns and questions received from our clients. You will:
 * provide client phone support, training, testing, and specification reviews
 * log, track, and manage incoming client requests and provide timely and accurate resolution
 * provide system optimization reviews, conversion and upgrade support and periodic on-site assistance to our client base.

Requirements:
To qualify for this position you must have
 * two to five years of in-depth banking/financial operations experience
 * strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills
 * excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written
 * the ability to work well in a team environment
 * the ability to travel up to 25%.
