Collections Coordinator

Accountemps is seeking an experienced collector for one of our Monmouth County clients. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: connecting all receivables for assigned customers, administration of collection procedures in accordance with policy, including collections calls, letters and recommendations for outside placement, handling of inbound customer requests, coordination with different departments to resolve accounts receivable disputes such as pricing issues, short shipments and returned goods, reconciliation of accounts, processing adjustments, preparing reports of risk analysis, and cash posting support. Qualifications :
Requirements for this position include an Associates degree from a two year college or university; two to three years of accounting experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
