Collector: 3-01-019

Guaranty Bank's Loan Administration and Collections department is seeking a energetic and motivated individual with strong multi-tasking skills to be part of our Loan Collections team.

As a Loan Collector, the primary responsibilities will be:
1) Collecting past due consumer, mortgage and retail overdraft accounts.

2) Accurately documenting activities and status on all past due accounts.

3) Developing repayment schedules with customers in order to effectively obtain payments to get loan account into good standing.

4) Handle incoming and outgoing calls via an automated dialing system.

This qualified candidate must have at least 1 year of previous collections or customer service experience, preferably in a financial services environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills along with a solid understanding of mortgage and consumer loans products and banking practices are essential in this position.
Experience with using an automated dialer system is preferred as position requires extensive phone communication approximately 95% of daily activities.
