Commercial Banking Services Manager II

Actively develops strategies to promote the growth and profitability of the Commercial Banking Services office assigned. Motivates and develops Relationship Managers and Personal Bankers. Removes hurdles in the sales process. Is considered the senior banking officer and may be called upon to act on behalf of City National Bank in public relations related activities.


Requires a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field, or 6+ years of equivalent experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of all commercial products and services applicable to target client segment required.
Excellent knowledge of commercial credit policies, practices, and procedures required.
Good knowledge of commercial lending laws and government regulations required.
Strong leadership and managerial skills required.
Strong business development ability required.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required.
