Commercial Credit Analyst- Ft Lauderdale, FL

Two immediate positions are available for commercial credit professionals for a large bank located in Ft Lauderdale, Fl.  Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years prior experience in evaluation and assessment of personal and business financial statements and tax returns in banking/direct lending environment.  Primary responsibilities will be analysis of documentation of commercial loan applicants, research and preparation of loans for committee review and approval.

 

Prior experience in a commercial lending arena, especially with a bank or direct lender, is strongly preferred.  Excellent computer skills, including the use of various financial software including D&B and Moody's is preferred. 

 

Our client is also looking for a Senior Small Business Underwriter. The SB Underwriter is responsible for reviewing and approving small business loans and lines of credit with up to 1MM. Candidates with a  minimum of $250K signing authority in their current position are encouraged to apply.

 

Relocation packages are available for the right individual. Our client will also consider Contract Underwriters who would like to work in South Florida for any period of time. Salary is negotiable and based upon experience.
