Grand Pacific Financing Corp. is a rapidly growing finance company specializing in commercial real estate loans and is now seeking Commercial Lending Officers / Relationship Managers.

Job Responsibilities:

Identifying and developing potential commercial real estate lending relationshipsContacting applicants, collecting and screening all financial, credit and related information Structuring loans and submitting them to the Underwriting Team Monitoring loan transactions from origination, documentation through closing

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years in a bank corporate/commercial lending environment requiredExcellent new business development and leadership skills Extensive knowledge of commercial real estate product offerings and credit processing
