Commercial Lending Relationship Manager

Primary responsibility is the development and management of quality loan and deposit growth. Prime focus will be working with businesses/individuals to develop solutions for business banking needs. Duties include the analysis of relevant financial data, negotiation and documentation of commercial loans consistent with credit standards. Must be self-motivated individual with demonstrated business development skills and the ability to cross-sell banking products effectively. Requires professional and community relations to increase the Bank?s visibility, as well as for business and personal development. Individual must be willing to assist in any capacity required to achieve branch objectives. Works closely with other JFG business partners in successfully offering products that enhance the clients total banking relationship.

Qualifications: A bachelor?s degree in finance, accounting or relevant area or equivalent experience. Minimum of three years commercial lending experience required. Strong credit skills, proven sales track record and excellent business development ability required. Successful candidate must be comfortable initiating contacts and developing relationships. Excellent customer relationship skills necessary. Networking contacts and proven book of business in the Phoenix metro marketplace highly desirable.
