Commercial Loan Documentation/Closing Manager

Needed:  Manager  of small business and commercial loan documentation/closing to lead a centralized support department that proactively delivers loan products to customers, placing an emphasis on customer convenience and positive customer experience.  Develop procedures and controls for the Closing Department and Letters of Credit Department to ensure high levels of accuracy, quick turnaround, and produce accurate/compliant documentation.  Maintain accurate and current department process and procedural manuals, manage budget and staff requirements, recruit, hire, and develop staff, develop training programs, ensure compliance, and coordinate operational effectiveness with all bank departments and outside vendors. 


Must have strong leadership and managerial skills, extensive knowledge and experience in small business and commercial loan documentation, strong working knowledge of compliance and regulations relating to loan processing, documentation, and servicing, proficiency in Word, Excel, and LaserPro, solid working knowledge of commercial and standby letters of credit, domestic collections, and SWIFT telecommunications.  College degree in business or finance or equivalent work experience that includes management.  Minimum 5 yrs. significant loan documentation exp.  Minimum 3 yrs prior management or supervisory exp, preferably in loan documentation and closing arena.
