Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 2 years banking Familiarity with commercial loan documentation Familiarity with applicable federal, state and local laws and customers regarding commercial documents and servicing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and technical skills including Microsoft PC applications and mainframe system

Job Summary:
The Commercial Loan Exception Specialist is responsible for reviewing closed loan packages for accuracy and completeness and for tracking exceptions to AMCOREs Commercial Lending Policy. In addition, the incumbent is responsible for updating the loan exception system and for following up on insurance cancellations and non-renewal notices received from insurance companies or agents.
