Title: Commercial Loan Processor
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Position Description:
Processing loans for commercial real estate land, commercial l real estate buildings, commercial l business asset loans, commercial asset based lending, commercial l equipment/inventory loans, commercial l lines of credit and/or commercial l construction loans.
Key Processing Functions:
* Ordering preliminary title reports from title company - working through exceptions, preparation escrow/recording instructions, balancing to preliminary hud 1 statements
* Documentation of the transaction from the loan approval using Laserpro application/closing software
* Signing/closing the loan with the borrower and/or coordinating the closing and document submission to the title company
* Booking the loan to the operating system - operating system knowledge (FISERV)
* Tickler setup and maintenance
* Loan Covenant(s) tracking
* Payoff Statement issuance
* Paid note processing
* Construction and line draw disbursements including sending domestic and international wires
*Participation (purchasing/sold) processing, including participation agreement preparation
* General Ledger balancing, report processing
* Lending regulation knowledge necessary
System Knowledge:
* Advanced Computer Skills
* Intermediary/Advanced skills with Word, Excel, Outlook, Acrobat
* Internet usage - accessing vendor databases ordering lending services: flood, tax contracts, UCC-searches, corporate commission searches, tax parcel searches, real estate title recorder searches
* Must have at least 6 month experience with LaserPro!!!!
